From 2003 – 2009 Seann Dailey-Richardson was a valued member of Caron & Stanley, Inc.’s team. We are pleased to announce Seann’s return to our organization.

Upon receipt of a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management, Seann spent several years in Corporate Accounting and Finance before launching a career in Professional Search.

Since then, she has spent the last 12 years partnering with San Diego Executives in identifying and attracting top talent for their Accounting and Finance departments at all levels, such as accounts payable, through CFO’s.

Seann prides herself in her holistic and consultative approach to the search process in order to help the client not just in recruitment; but also in other important drivers such as succession planning, retention, and market research.

San Diego’s Unemployment Rate Drops

January 2012 – San Diego Business Journal Reports:
Local Unemployment Rate Lowest Since April 2009
San Diego’s unemployment rate fell to 8.9 percent in December, the first time it’s dropped below 9 percent since April 2009, and a drop from November’s revised rate of 9.2 percent, according to a Jan. 20 report from the state’s Employment Development Department.
