Job Description:

San Diego electronics manufacturing firm has a need for a Customer/Field Service Manager. This role will play a key role in the ongoing success for field deployments, customer service and is considered to be a leadership position within the organization. 5+ years of experience in customer service or field service; Experience in managing direct reports; BS in a technical degree, Engineering or Computer Science preferable; Must be willing to roll up sleeves to make things happen. Personality is a key element – working in a rapidly growing small company, must have a good sense of humor! To be considered candidates must have relevant work experience and currently reside in the greater San Diego area.
